A.. We are conducting this recall to keep our customers safe and to prevent injuries due to a non child-resistant cap. We will replace the cap with a child resistant cap at no charge.

A. Call our toll-free number 855-499-6435 and we will ship you a replacement child-resistant lid.
Q. What is the problem with my Synodrin® Lidocaine Max?
A. The current lid is not child-resistant and needs to be replaced
Q. My product appears to be okay. Can I continue to use it?
A. No. Even though your product appears to be safe, we are asking all customers to stop using the product immediately and participate in the recall by returning the product to us for a free repair, free replacement or full refund). It is illegal to sell a recalled product.
Q. I no longer have the receipt for the product. Can I still get a replacement lid?
A. Yes. You can still get a replacement Child-resistant lid without a receipt.
Q. Will I receive a refund for the product?
A. No. We will replace the current lid with a Child-resistant lid.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive the repair/replacement?
A. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date you contacted us. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, and we assure you that we are working as quickly as possible to replace your product.
Q. Will I be able to repair the product myself?
A. Yes. Simply discard the old lid and replace with the new Child-Resistant Lid.
